For purposes of this policy, when we say “We” and “Us” we mean The Web Electric Corp., the Company. When we say “Website” or “Site,” we’re talking about our website at https://webelectric.com and https://whatsn3xt.com, along with other websites, networks, applications, and software provided in connection with The Web Electric Corp.’s software products, and other services (collectively, the “Service”) that we may provide. Meanwhile, “Product” refers to Kleidion and N3xt, our software products, in all editions unless otherwise noted.
Our Products operate on your own devices, with your own data from local or cloud sources you decide to use. Any data in your devices, login information, or other sensitive data remains with you, on your primary device or other devices you own that you have setup for that purpose.
The data in our Products is never transferred to us or to third parties. It is as secure as any encrypted file on the storage of your device(s). All data analysis and insights happen directly on your device without involving cloud processing.
We collect information as you visit our site(s), including information such as: the type of browser and operating system you use; the time and date; your IP address and related information; referrers; search terms you might have used to find our site, or if you used an email to access our site, the link path that you clicked on; and the pages on the site that you visit, possibly including the order of the pages you visit and any actions you take on a given page. We use this information primarily to understand how people use the site and how to improve it, and less frequently for other reasons (e.g. to diagnose issues or releases). We also collect information as you interact with us through social media and as you navigate by using cookies and related technologies.
We collect information when you signup/pre-order/order, and this information may include ways to contact you, necessary information for order and payment fulfillment, and marketing/contact preferences.
Our mailing lists are setup to keep you subscribed until you unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. You can also request to be unsubscribed by contacting us at our support address.
The information we receive will typically be stored for our records and provision of the service and product. By submitting material that will be accessible to the public, for example on forums or community services, you also grant us permission to use that material for lawful purposes, such as for marketing or promotion activities.
Credit card information is not stored with us, but by our payment partner(s).

You may decline to share certain information with us, which prevent us from providing you you some of the features and functionality of the website, Service or Products. You may update, correct, or delete your account information and preferences at any time by contacting us through our support channels. We will make the changes within a reasonable period of time, we may keep any information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we might have a legitimate need to do so.
We have adopted certain technical, physical and administrative safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of the information that we collect on our site. In the event we become aware of a data breach where users’ personally identifiable information has been disclosed to unauthorized third parties, we will make reasonable efforts to let any affected individuals know if we think there is a reasonable risk of harm to those users or if otherwise required to do so by law.
All personal information we collect may be transferred to the United States to be stored or processed, and may be subject to US law, which may differ from the European Union or other regions of the world. By providing any information, including personal information you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
Our website is not directed at persons under 13. Consequently, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
